1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 666k website, creating an account, or using any service offered by 666k, you ("the User," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 666k ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 666k platform and close your account if one has been registered. Continued use of any 666k service after an update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a 666k account and use the Platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 666k employee or affiliated partner entity.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 666k account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered 666k account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms. 666k reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts associated with the same individual and to confiscate any balances held in duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information – including a false name, false date of birth, or a mobile number not registered in your name – constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

666k is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all account holders prior to permitting real-money deposits, withdrawals, or participation in promotional offers. KYC verification serves to confirm your identity, age, and the source of deposited funds.

You may be required to submit any or all of the following documentation:

• A clear, legible copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., JazzCash or Easypaisa account confirmation);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within the preceding three months);
• Additional documentation as may be requested by 666k's compliance team.

Until KYC verification is completed to 666k's satisfaction, the Platform may restrict your ability to withdraw funds or access certain features. 666k accepts no liability for delays in gameplay or withdrawal processing arising from incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation submitted by the User.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 666k Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 666k reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 666k account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. 666k is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 666k reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Applicable minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the cashier section of your 666k account and are subject to change.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is offered by the Platform.
• Refunds: Deposits that have been used to place bets are not refundable. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus conditions.

666k reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, 666k may report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.

5. Betting and Casino Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and casino activity on the 666k Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 666k will not cancel a bet on the basis that the User changed their mind after placement.
• Bets placed on an event after the event has commenced (live/in-play bets) are accepted at 666k's discretion and are subject to real-time odds that may differ from pre-match prices.
• In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, 666k reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's balance.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software. 666k does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and are not guaranteed in any individual session.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet or game round are published within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type and account tier.

666k reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to restricting maximum stake amounts or limiting access to specific markets or games, without obligation to provide a reason.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 666k may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, or other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible account holders. The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific Promotion terms:

• Each Promotion is available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary by Promotion and are specified in the individual Promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific Promotion terms.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a Promotion – including through the use of multiple accounts, organised groups, or systematic betting strategies designed to extract value without genuine risk – is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts and potential account suspension.
• 666k reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a Promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change that affects their accrued bonus balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666k Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 666k to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, forfeit any outstanding balance, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial crime, or any activity in furtherance of criminal conduct;
• Employing automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino table games, or any other multi-player format;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds, or technical malfunctions to generate profit;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or to 666k's internal systems;
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed transactions, or any conduct intended to reverse a legitimate deposit after it has been used to place bets.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 666k Platform, including but not limited to the 666k brand name and logo, website design, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, graphics, and audiovisual material, is either owned by 666k or used under licence. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 666k intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any 666k content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666k shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

666k does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 666k's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of services. 666k will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance periods in advance where reasonably practicable.

10. Suspension and Termination

666k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where:

• The User has breached or is suspected of breaching any provision of these Terms;
• The User's account shows signs of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;
• The User has requested self-exclusion or a voluntary account closure;
• Continued operation of the account would expose 666k to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11. Privacy and Data

666k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating a 666k account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 666k will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to the Platform.

12. Responsible Gaming

666k is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour among all of its users. Every 666k account includes access to the following self-management tools, accessible through the account settings section:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Session time reminders and automatic session cut-offs;
• Reality checks at configurable intervals;
• Cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion for players who require a complete and indefinite break from gambling activity.

Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off request is activated, it cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed. 666k takes all self-exclusion requests seriously and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded accounts. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from appropriate support organisations and to activate self-exclusion immediately.

666k strictly enforces its 18+ age policy. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

13. Amendments to These Terms

666k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 666k will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered account holders or a notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of 666k services following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 666k Platform, you are encouraged to contact 666k's customer support team in the first instance via the live chat facility available within your account. 666k will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 666k support team, the matter may be escalated through 666k's formal dispute resolution process, details of which are available upon request. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
